Architect. Born in the family of Zeilin (Zechariah) Bluwstein (1878). Studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1900–08). Awarded the title of architect for designing a Russian Orthodox cemetery in the environs of St Petersburg (1908). Designed automobile garages and workshops for Krummel (1909–10) and the first cement residential block on Old Peterhof Prospekt in Leningrad. Died and buried in Leningrad (1935).
