Graphic artist, engraver. Born in the family of Sergei Bibikov in the village of Dushonovo in Moscow Province (1903). Studied at the Central Art Courses of the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (1925–30) and took lessons from Ivan Pavlov. Member of the Mitrofan Grekov Studio of War Artists (1949). Illustrated books for Detgiz (from the mid-1940s). Illustrated Alexander Pushkin’s poem Ruslan and Lyudmila and a collection of folk tales and humorous catchphrases (1948–50s). Honoured Artist of the RSFSR (1955). Died in Moscow (1973). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1928).
