Jewish painter, graphic artist, book designer, illustrator. Born in the family of Pavel Vizin in Odessa (1904). Studied under Teofil Fraerman at the Odessa School of Art (1923–25), under Vladimir Favorsky at the VKhUTEMAS/VKhUTEIN in Moscow (1926–30) and attended the studios of Alexander Osmyorkin, Nikolai Kupreyanov and David Sterenberg. Member of the Union of Artists (1933). Painted ceramics and faience (from 1950s). Illustrated and designed books for various publishing houses. Died in Moscow (1975). Contributed to exhibitions in Moscow (from 1926).
