Architect, draughtsman. Son of Andrei Martynov. Born in St Petersburg (1803). Studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1809–21). Awarded two minor silver medals (1817, 1819), a major silver medal (1820) and a first-class certificate (1821). Worked for the Department of Communications. Court draughtsman (1828). Died in St Petersburg (1830).
