Painter, graphic artist. Born in the family of Nikita Kuchumov in Penza (1888). Studied at the Penza School of Art (1900s) and under Vladimir Makovsky at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1909–16). Survived the Siege of Leningrad (1941–44). Died in Leningrad (1959). Contributed to exhibitions (from 1909). Contributed to the exhibitions of Impressionists (1909), Fellowship of Independents (1913, 1916), Community of Artists (1917), Society of Travelling Art Exhibitions (1917, 1918, 1922), Arkhip Kuinji Society (1918, 1926–30), First State Free Exhibition of Works of Art (1919), Petrograd Artists of All Directions (1923), Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (1924, 1926) and Modern Leningrad Art Groupings (1928).
